Light Room

Trapped within pillars, confined between perspectives; with Light Room, Alexander Bobkin manages to create a stifling spectacle in a minimalistic manner. The character at the forefront seems to belong here but appears lost. The overarching arches loom like thunderclouds above, and the legs in the background don’t promise much either. All of this seems almost like a macabre hall of mirrors, a labyrinth to encounter oneself in.
