Open Air

In “Open Air Game” by Alexander Bobkin, his characteristic style blends in a pleasant way with the unsettling. Characters, as we have seen before, gather in a wide open space. Characters with their gaze set to infinity, for those familiar with Bobkin’s work, they now feel familiar. What stands out in “Open Air Game” is the use of space; the centered spectacle captures attention, but around it: plenty of space and oceans of time.
